The LED era places high demands on luminaires and lighting systems. As a result, we are designing them for a maximum service life, with the highest-performing modules and first-class generation management for consistent light quality. In the long term, this saves maintenance costs and reduces subsequent costs.
Of course, our products comply with the usual standards and requirements (CE, ENEC, EN60598, EN55015, EN61000, EN61547, EN62471, VDE).
For our standard LED products, LTS provides a five-year warranty from the invoice date in accordance with the warranty terms applicable at the time. The Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship and applies in addition to the Customer’s statutory rights in respect of defects.
As the actual service life of a luminaire depends on factors including the installation situation, operating time, ambient temperature and other project-specific conditions, we support our customers in selecting the optimum solution from the planning stage onwards. For specific requirements, alternative LED modules with different service life, colour rendering and efficiency characteristics can be offered on request.
Complete product traceability throughout the supply chain enables us to clearly identify and trace every luminaire and the components installed in it.
